At BOOTMOD3 TUNING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include your printed RMA form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
